At Wohngefühl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Returns
We accept returns within 90 days of receiving your order. For a return to be approved, the following criteria must be met:

* The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
* The product must be in its original packaging.
* Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
* Items returned without prior approval may be refused.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return
The following items are excluded from the right of return:

* Products marked "Final Sale."
* Gift cards.
* Hygiene and personal care products (if opened or used).
* Products damaged due to improper use.
* Products returned after the 90-day period has passed.

3. Return Process
Follow these steps to request a return:

* Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
* Our team will review your request and send you return instructions.
* Ship the product back to the address provided.
* The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved:

* The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
* Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

* Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
* Send clear photos of the product and packaging.
* We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:

* Double-check your bank account.
*
